HOUSE RULES
The following House Rules apply and must be complied with at all times by all persons occupying the Condo / Apartment  whether as Guests or Visitors. The Management reserves the right to evict any persons for failure to comply with the said rules:-
• Check In Time is 2.00 pm and Check Out Time is 12.00pm. Early Check In will be subject to availability and any extension (max. until 6.00 pm) will be subject to availability and a surcharge of 50% of the daily rate applies.
• All Condo / Apartment Rentals must be settled in Full before/upon Check In.
• Any Deposits paid to secure Reservations are non-transferable and will not be refunded if not utilized by the date reserved.
• All Guests and Visitors must register at the Reception.
• For tranquility of all residents, Visitors are not allowed to use any facilities and must leave Condo / Apartment by 11.00 pm. Visitors staying overnight in the Condo / Apartment will be charged at a rate of RM20.00 nett (DP) / RM15.00 nett (BE) per person per night.
• The Condo / Apartment and its fixtures, fittings, equipments and utensils must be kept clean and in good working order at all times. Any repairs, restoration, replacements, maintenance works required as a result of the Guests' or Visitors' negligence will be borne by the registered Guests.
• Gambling and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
• The Management shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered by any person(s), vehicle(s), or properties of the Guests and / or Visitors whilst in or outside the Condo / Apartment.
• Parties, functions and excessive noise are not permitted in the Condo / Apartment. Guests shall keep all TV and Audio equipment volumes set at reasonable levels at all times.
• The Management or its appointed servants, reserves the right to enter and inspect any Condo / Apartment at any time.
• A Surcharge of up to RM200 (DP) or RM100 (BE) will be levied for each of the following infringement: Parties, functions or excessive noise, furniture disorder, causing dirtiness, burning or damaging to floor, wall, equipments or furniture
• Swimming Attire / Islamic Swimming Attire is required for all Guests using the Swimming Pool. Guests will be charged at a rate of RM20.00 per person nett for non-compliance.
• Desa Pelangi only - A surcharge will be levied for each of the following :-

(a) Loss of Car Park Sticker  …… RM 20-00
